While most of us will be spending the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays with our families, many law enforcement officers, dispatchers, correctional officers, firefighters, and emergency medical professionals throughout our area will miss celebrations with their loved ones.

They will be on duty, fulfilling their responsibilities to help ensure the safety of our county.

So, as we celebrate this year, let's take a moment to remember those working over the holidays. Their sacrifice and service to our communities allows us to enjoy the holidays in peace.

May you have the gift of faith, the blessings of hope, and the peace of His love during this holiday season.
