On 9/22/15 at approximately 3 pm, Deputy Scott Salkill was dispatched to Uncle Roy's Convenience Store in Eagle Rock for a vehicle theft that had just occurred. 
 Dispatch advised that vehicle was northbound on State Hwy 86 towards Cassville. Dispatch gave the description as a white male wearing camo pajama pants and
 camo shirt with dark hair, clean shaven and was armed with a twelve inch knife.  Deputy Salkill along with other Barry County Deputies and Missouri State Highway 
 Patrol Troopers responded to the area to search for the vehicle.  State Trooper Hukill located the vehicle northbound on 86 and a brief pursuit of the vehicle began. 
 Trooper Hukill advised that the vehicle had crashed and two males had exited the vehicle and entered the woods.  Officers entered the woods looking for the suspects. 
 Officers were aided by a helicopter in the search.  At approximately 7 pm , the helicopter left the scene and the subjects were not located. Detective Doug Henry and 
 Detective Rob Evenson received information that a female had dropped off the 2 male suspects that had stolen the vehicle. Detectives interviewed 33 year old Amber
 Burdiss of Eagle Rock who stated that she had dropped off 22 year old Andrew Roberts of Golden, Mo and 23 year old Joseph Bass of Berryville, Ar at Uncle Roy's
 Convenience Store.  After reviewing the video at the convenience store, detectives determined that Amber Burdiss was also involved in the stealing of the motor vehicle, 
 video confirms that she followed the stolen vehicle out of the parking lot..  Amber Burdiss was arrested on 9/25/15 and charged with Tampering 1st Degree with a motor 
 vehicle Bond was set at $4500.00 cash only.  Warrants were issued for the arrest of Andrew Roberts and Joseph Bass.  Andrew Roberts was arrested in Carroll County, Ar
 and Joseph Bass is still not in custody.  After interviewing Andrew Roberts, he admitted to four burglaries in Eagle Rock on Private Road 1177.  Roberts and Bass broke into
 the lake homes and started living in them. They basically ate food that was there, stole and anything of value and damaged property.  Detectives are asking for charges of
 Burglary 2nd Degree, Stealing and Property Damage.
