Two Men Arrested For Drugs

 On 9/30/15 at 9:40 pm, Deputy Scott Salkill was patrolling in the area of Mt. Zion Church, in Washburn.
 He observed two vehicles in the church parking lot with no lights on and parked next to each other.  Deputy
 Salkill made contact with the 2 males  identified as 31 year old Christopher Pulliam of Cassville and 54 year
 old Larry Pulliam of Grove Ok and 1 female, he asked them what they were doing sitting on private property. 
 They stated they were just there talking.  Deputy Salkill observed while talking to the individuals that wooden
 box like item used to smoke marijuana was sitting in the console of the vehicle..  A search of both subjects
 revealed a needle in Larry Pulliams clothing, a white powdery substance along with pill, and a green leafy
 substance in a wooden box.  Larry Pulliam and Christopher Pulliam were arrested and transported to the Barry
 County Jail.  Both men have been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance except marijuana, Unlawful
 Use of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of up to 35 gram Marijuana.  Bond has been set at $15,000 cash or surety. 
 Larry Pulliam is still being held and Christopher Pulliam has bonded on the charges.
